Tourtiere Pie

A traditional French Canadian pie, this Tourtiere might raise some brows but we’re happy to take on the challenge. A mixture of pork, onions, celery and all the spices make this flavourful pie a nod to the classic. We won’t say whose rendition is better (ahem ours) we’ll let you be the judge.

Large is a 9" round pie and serves 3-5 people.
Small is a 5" round pie.
