All of our pies are made in Toronto at our Danforth location with fresh local ingredients.

You can keep our pies for up to 6 to 8 months in your freezer.  Though we doubt they'll last that long.

We highly recommend you recycle and reuse.  In fact, our quality packaging can be reused as you see fit, it can even be used for leftovers for you to take to work...  not that there will be any leftovers.

Currently we deliver from Niagara to Oshawa, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cottage Country.  We are expanding our zones every month.  When in doubt enter your postal code for confirmation.

Yes, your subscription will renew every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on the frequency you choose.  There is no minimum requirement.  You can skip a month or cancel at any time before it renews.

You can cancel anytime before your subscription renews.  We send a reminder email one week before your scheduled renewal as a reminder.

Our payment processing is managed by Stripe, one of the largest online payment platforms for online stores and retail point-of-sale systems. All credit card information is stored on their encrypted servers, which are compliant with strict security regulations. Stripe receives billions of dollars in online payments annually, and is our partner of choice to ensure the security of your payment information.

Unfortunately when the weather is bad Sharman's Proper deliveries can be delayed. In certain rare instances, some deliveries may need to be pushed a day later for the safety of our delivery partners. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
