A traditional French Canadian pie, this Tourtiere might raise some brows but we’re happy to take on the challenge. A mixture of pork, onions, celery and all the spices make this flavourful pie a nod to the classic. We won’t say whose rendition is better (ahem ours) we’ll let you be the judge.

Large is a 9" round pie and serves 3-5 people.
Small is a 5" round pie.

La tarte est magnifique!

Another hands-down winner! We've tried a lot of tourtieres over the years, all disappointingly dry & crumbly or greasy & bland. This one was magnificent! Lush, warmly fragrant with spices. Unctuous, says my husband, who was so gun-shy after many awful tourtieres, that he was hesitant to try this one. Glad that we took a gamble. Going to be added to our pie rotation :)
